A good shoe has to 'fit right' to enjoy its craftsmanship and years of comfort and style.

Your current shoe size from another brand may not be an accurate indicator for selecting Carlos Santana shoes. Please note different manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly. And there is also a possibility that you may have either gained or lost weight, and you may want to increase/decrease the shoe size by a half size.

Therefore to ensure a right size of Carlos Santana shoe, and to avoid any potential logistical hassle; we will be sending you a DIY kit with the rewards survey to measure your feet. Alternatively, you may also measure your feet on a Bannock machine.

Our shoes come in the US sizes 7 to 14 with half sizes, Medium, and Wide width.
